Description
With this one I sought to create the feeling of film noir, with lower key and rather harsh unsoftened shadows. The direct light is also intended to give the model a more powerful look.Lighting: one strobe at camera right, another one at camera left

I liked the veins in the arm ,maybe I'd use the burn tool to enhance them a little. Apart from that I think it's a bit dark, I wanted to see a bit more details on the gun.
I think you achieved your objective so, Nice work!

Great pose and great model. In addition the bumps on the back of the top and trousers are distracting, tighter clothes would have suited..
Well done.

I also agree about the bumps on the dress. Maybe I could correct that in PS.
Yet, the arm is not overexposed. It's just the way it was intended. I wasn't looking for a soft bunny style, but rather a hard feeling, achieved mainly through harsh contrast.
Overall, the photo is dark because it was intended to convey a film noir feeling.

Great mood and contrast (lighting)

I like the lighting -- exposure looks good on my monitor. Agree with the crits on the dress.
Only crit is the way she's holding the gun. What exactly is her right hand doing? Most times with this pose the person would be holding the slide, but it looks like she's just kinda got her whole hand wrapped around the barrel. Also, is that actually a gun? Look like a small power-drill (?)
Hope to see more in this vein. Maybe we could do a head-to-head "film noir" challenge, just for kicks?

And yes, I would enjoy taking part in a "film noir" challenge.
